AI Assistant Chat History

The Chat History section provides a detailed log of all conversations your AI Assistant has had with your website visitors. This helps you monitor interactions and improve your assistant’s performance over time.

In the Chat History section, you’ll see a list of conversations with the following details:

Conversation ID: A unique identifier for each chat session.
Started At: The date and time the conversation began.
Last Message At: The timestamp of the most recent message in the conversation.
Messages: The total number of messages exchanged in the conversation.
Actions: Options to view or delete the conversation.
Filter by Date: Use the From Date and To Date filters to narrow down the conversations you want to review.

Preview Messages

Click the eye icon next to a conversation to view the full message thread. For example, you might see a visitor asking, "Hi, do you have headphones?" and your assistant responding with, "Yes, we do offer headphones! You can find a variety of headphones and audio gear in our product selection."

Delete Conversations: If you no longer need a conversation, click the trash icon to remove it from the history.

Update Knowledge Based on Chat History

If a visitor asks a question that your AI Assistant doesn’t know how to answer, you can use this as an opportunity to improve its knowledge. For example:

If a visitor asks, "When I buy and want to return back, how can I do that?" and the assistant doesn’t provide a clear answer, you can return to the Bot Training section.
Add or update the knowledge base with relevant information, such as "To initiate a return, contact our support team for guidance on the easy return process. Simply reach out via email, phone, or live chat to start your hassle-free return within 30 days of purchase."
Once updated, your AI Assistant will be able to handle similar questions in the future.

By regularly reviewing the Chat History and updating your assistant’s knowledge, you can ensure it continues to provide accurate and helpful responses to your visitors.
