The Bot Training section is where you provide the knowledge your AI Assistant will use to answer visitor questions. You can input information manually or let Supportiko attempt to scrape data from your website.
Add Knowledge Manually: Enter text about your site, services, or products directly in the training section. For example, you can add FAQs like "How to Order," "Returns & Refunds," or "Contact Us" to ensure your assistant has the information it needs.
Scrape Data from URL: If you prefer, input your website URL (e.g., https://example.com) and click Generate FAQ from Site. Supportiko will attempt to automatically gather relevant information from your site. Note: After generation, you must review and validate the scraped data to ensure accuracy, as the system may not always capture everything correctly.
Update Knowledge: If you need to update your AI Assistant with new information (e.g., new products, policies, or FAQs), simply return to the Bot Training section and add or edit the text. Your assistant will use this updated knowledge moving forward.
