The Bot Settings section lets you set up and personalize your AI Assistant to fit your brand.

  • Enable/Disable the AI Assistant: Use the Enable Bot on Site toggle to activate or deactivate your AI Assistant. When enabled, the assistant will be available to interact with visitors on your website.

  • Bot Name: Give your assistant a friendly name (e.g., "Ema") that your visitors will see when they start a conversation.

  • Bot Title: Add a title to describe the assistant’s role (e.g., "Virtual Assistant") so visitors know who they’re chatting with.

  • Select Bot Avatar: Choose an avatar from the available options to give your assistant a visual identity. This makes the interaction more engaging for your visitors.

  • Welcome Text: Customize the welcome message (e.g., "Hello, I’m Ema, your Virtual Assistant. How can I help you?") that your assistant uses to greet visitors when they start a chat.

Once you’ve made your changes, click the Save button to apply them.
