Test Your AI Assistant

The Testing tab allows you to try out your AI Assistant and see how it responds to questions before it goes live.

  • Interact with Your Assistant: Type a message (e.g., "Hello, how can I assist you today?") to start a conversation. The assistant will respond based on the knowledge you’ve provided in the Bot Training section.

  • Multilanguage Support: Your AI Assistant can respond in the language of the visitor’s request. For example, if a visitor asks a question in Spanish, the assistant will reply in Spanish, making it a truly multilingual tool.

  • Clear Chat: If you want to start a new test conversation, click the Clear Chat button to reset the chat window.

By testing your assistant, you can ensure it provides accurate and helpful responses. If the assistant doesn’t answer as expected, you can go back to the Bot Training section to add or adjust the knowledge base.
