# Remove Supportiko logo

<figure><img src="/files/GjYQawFs0SyJR7IyijhK" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The Supportiko chat widget includes a small "Supportiko" logo at the bottom of the chat window by default, as shown in the image above. This logo is visible during the trial period to indicate that your chat widget is powered by Supportiko. However, we understand that you may want a more branded experience for your website.

When you subscribe to any of our paid plans, the Supportiko logo will be automatically removed from the chat widget. This allows you to present a seamless, professional look that aligns with your brand identity, without any external branding. The removal happens instantly upon subscription, so your chat widget will reflect the change right away.

During the trial period, the logo remains visible as part of the free plan. Once your trial ends and you choose a paid tier, the logo will disappear, giving your chat widget a clean and customized appearance. This feature ensures that your visitors focus entirely on your business while enjoying the full benefits of Supportiko’s chat functionality.

To remove the logo, simply upgrade to a paid plan through the **Manage Subscription** option in your Profile page. If you have any questions about this process or our pricing plans, feel free to reach out to our support team at [**info@supportiko.com**](mailto:info@supportiko.com). We’re here to help you create the best experience for your website visitors!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://supportiko.gitbook.io/documentation/getting-started/remove-supportiko-logo.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
