Agents list
The Agents List section displays all your support agents and their current settings. All changes made on this page will be automatically applied

Add New Agent: Click the Add New Agent button to create a new agent profile.
You can change these options for every agent here:
Online: Toggle to enable or disable the agent’s visibility in the chat widget. If disabled, the agent will still be visible but marked with a gray WhatsApp icon, indicating they are unavailable for chat. Visitors won’t be able to click on an offline agent in this case.
Enable: Activate or deactivate the agent. A disabled agent will be hidden from the chat widget.
Actions: edit or delete agent
